been talking to a couple of people, and i sense deception already. snakes in the grass....they better don't try anything funny....because hell hath no fury, like a lion and a gorilla, when he thinks he's been provoked.

i asked rob to go "stealth" with me and he accepted my offer. i'm confident in his loyalty.

also established contact to shane, shambo and sally. they seem nice. i cannot recall who else i talked to last night, but something rubbed me in they wrong way when i talked to kim. she might have spread the word actually, to vote cirie. and according to ed, she told cirie that shambo would be voted. that early in the game she's already pulling strings. the lion in me senses danger coming from her way, that's why i voted her. ed might be in on the conspiracy, but that's just an early impression. gonna talk and try to keep in with kim definitely. "keep your friends close, but your enemies closer."

besides rob, i think i could rely on shane. i will keep talking to him and see in what direction he's headed. he'd be a good addition to the team. i like to think i see things in people and that i have insight into human nature. i'll try to get him on board, if he's ready.

i will lie low first, and observe. stealth mode will be necessary on this island, no question about it. when the time is right though, the chosen ones and i will take action.

shane and rob ended up in the other tribe. that's a minor setback in terms of strategy options, but it's nothing an ex-federal agent can't handle really. for now i have jimmy on my side. though he's terribly good at making other people hate him. he might become a liabilty and/or simply voted out. i will have to talk to shambo and bobby. also that fugly chick. forgot her name, but we had a good talk, i think, and we got along. i will mess with her head a bit. introduce her to my "charming lion style"

oh guess who came knocking on my tent, implying it would be good to form an alliance?! that snitch bitch rory. he said along with jimmy we'd almost have majority and that we should go for shambo. but i like shambo...so i'll tell him that if he wants to go for the majority scheeme, we'll do it my way,. as in I pick the persons...if he doesn't agree, he'll regret it. if he fucks me over...he'll definitely regret it...i will of course have a back up plan to ensure rory doesn't do too much damage in case he decides to betray me.

haha....i'm terrible at placing face with names...that fugly chick who i said i had a good chat with, was actually SHAMBO. and yes, i did introduce her to my charming lion style and i now have her back and she has mine. a valuable "partner in crime" i think.
especially when jimmy's gone after this tribal council. just like i predicted, (wasn't hard to see rly) bob and courtney have spread the word and want him gone. thats what i hear form all sides at least. rory also said we kind of have to vote jimmy out even though the three of us had a stealth agreement thing going on. jimmy simply didnt help us at all. gotta think of the greater good for the tribe, and of course for my own ass.

i am getting paranoid already. the lion in me is sensing minor bad waves from sherea and courtney. they treat me like the red-headed stepchild and i don't like it one bit. if courtney were to convince bob that i was rly an "annoying pest" he might roll with it. but shambo said there was nothing going on behind my back. nohing she knew of. and i trust her. then again, people might keep her out the loop so she couldn't tell me. we set up the chat conference and got along well during the challenge. it might have been obvious that we are "cool" with each other but i doubt they would target active players like me or shambo, not yet at least...so i guess that vote on jimmy is for real. well....once again we're facing tribal council. i was talking to bob yesterday and he implied that one of the girls ought to go. and i agree with that. while rory hasn't done much, just like the girls, i could still use him for my purposes. i can't really trust him and i guess he doesn't fully trust me either, but 1 vote can make a huge difference. and he's at least a tool of deception i could consider using, unlike sherea or courtney. they're kind of difficult to talk to and don't say much. ashley didn't rly rub me the wrong way so far, just that one time she decided to watch gossip girls instead of helping in the challenge. but many in our tribe decided to watch and complain instead of actually helping, so it's nothing i can really accuse her of.

shambo, she's my little helper. when i need someone to talk me down, i turn to her. she's the one that's got what i call a CAN DO attitude. i was in the 394th transportation battalion...and that was our motto - CAN DO attitude - you know?! so she's got all that for her going for her. she sort of exemplifies what i call, ya know, 'you dont have to be so involved in the "GAME" that you can't see what needs to be "DONE" and do it. you know?! today already uhm, she helped make the rice, she helped filet...uhm, not filet but actually cook the fish. and uh, you know we got the beauty pageant ladies uhm, getting up and doing nothing - i had to go back just now after my meditation and say "damn look, the pot's still dirty, the dishes are still dirty....it was like this last night..." you know?! and i'm having to do everything, get the firewood, wash, and...and thank goodness for shambo because she pitches in and helps me out with that kind of stuff. i will have to talk to her before the vote, see what she has heard, i can rely on her.

i can't shake the feeling that some members in our tribe will make me responsible for the loss of the last challenge. i earlier mentioned that if the girls convinced bob that i wasn't of value to the team, he might agree and join their side. or more like he'll have them join his side. after all the girls might stick toegther, and he could "grab" an alliance double pack.

it's the lion in me sensing those little waves of suspicion towards my character. the team ain't even got to see the gorilla in action yet and they're already judging? highly unlikely, but it's possible nonetheless, so i have to look into that and talk to people. i will put in a lot of work next challenge and make em realize what the deal is here. bob has chosen the best of the best when he picked phillip sheppard for his tribe. they shouldn't even think of questioning my authority.

the spritis haven't been too kind with me lately. they've let me down, put obstacles in my way and even tried to misguide me, but i know it's all part of the test. so i harbour no grudge and continue walking the path.

i knew shambo was the right person to be cool with. just talked to mah main girl and she confirmed what i thought would happen. one of the girls starts to doubt my authority.
it was ashley she said, who apporached her and said that 'bob made the wrong choices' when he picked the players. my name came up. shambo said i was good for the job and told ashley to vote courtney, and she seemingly agreed to. she also told rory to vote courtney and when i asked rory he said he'd vote courtney too. bob hinted something like that aswell, so i guess courtney will be going down.

now, i don't know if ashley intended to vote me but she expressed her doubts in me. i could tell when i saw the "timezones" thread. she said it was the main reason we lost, but it's only half the truth and there's more to the story. she's a judging bitch already even though she's not in the position to judge. she better shows some input the next challenge or her ass is in serious trouble. shambo and i agreed that she she might be up next.

well.....that was some crazy shabangabang last nght. i had to let courtney slide this time and vote ashley instead. and here's why:

rory approached me and gave me a quite a few things to think about. he talked to sherea and bob and said they all agreed on voting ashley. he's obviously cool with bob and sherea. he said that us black people ought to stick together and that i should join them in voting ashley, and in general.
the black people indeed formed an alliance, just like ashley said right before she left camp. i like to call it the "new wave panthers" or short, N.W.P. - and i am now part of this group.

good news, but there's a little catch. last night i made it clear to rory that i really wanted to see courtney go and he said she would be next - or shambo. he said he thinks that shambo is up to something and that the N.W.P. might just vote her next time. i don't know why they wanted to keep courtney over ashley really and i don't know what it is they have against shambo. but whatever it is, i will have to make sure that the N.W.P. is voting courtney next, and not shambo. rory hinted that the group might be fine with voting shambo and that it wouldn't rly matter who they voted next, as long as the N.W.P. agreed on their target. 4 black people sticking together means auto-majority.

i went along with their sugesstion to vote ashley and keep courtney around, to win their trust and work my way into the "organization". just like rory, who implied that he'd use the N.W.P. to ensure that he wouldn't be voted out, i will have to use them to target courtney over shambo. i won't let go off my little helper. she's a actually thinking stuff through and is a social person to talk to. voting her out is the last option i'd choose, even if it means taking heat myself.

so in order to win the N.W.P.'s trust, i voted the person they wanted out this time. ashley.
it was a necessary step in regards to possible future tribal councils and to keep shambo from getting voted out. and i can do it.

i just need to convince them to go for courtney next. and i can definitely do that. it will get tricky, once there's only us black people and shambo left, and IF we were sent to tribal council again. it would be at this point, that i will have to ask rory, to switch over to me and shambo and pick the target we chose instead - and here's why i think he will do it:
he said that he would like to see 'phil and rory make it to the end.' he liked the idea of it i guess and it seemed like he was fo' real about it. after all, he cued me in on the N.W.P. talk , and i asked him to go stealth with me on day 1. we have some unwritten agreement here, and i think we both kind of respect it. rory thinks, just like leos suggested, that bob has found the hii and so it'd be unwise to piss him off, and implied we should roll with what bob says for some time and keep it on a low. while i agree with this, the moment they go for shambo i will not be able to keep it on a low any longer though, and take action.

and just like i said,i would, i worked my into the N.W.P. and convinced bob to hold off his vote on shambo and go for courtney instead. sherea agreed on the vote and rory aswell. bob would rather see shambo go but since obviously people want her to stay he said, he'd vote courtney with the rest of us. for some reason he is kind of a bitch towards shambo, and it's worrying me a little. he's not that much of a social person in general i suppose. he doesn't talk a lot and his decisions seem kind of rushed and imprudent at times. i start to doubt his skills as a leader. it might be time for some gorilla talk

we're down to 5. wth only 5 people, the take-over could take place soon. the catch is that a lot of this scheeme involves rory going stealth when i need him to. i'm confident it'll pan out though.

maybe we get to see a new leader pretty soon.
