Welcome Back to Koururu! Its dusty and no one minus Rupert and a few sound crew guys have been here in the last 2 weeks. Some stuff has fallen over and the tide's broken down a wall or two, but its livable enough. Get used to it. Edgardo and Bob Dawg were the first ones to arrive here, and Cirie was the first to leave, but even though they're gone this game isn't over. 18 days ago you split and parted ways, but now its down to 10 of you and you've returned. Congratulations! You have all reached the merge and made it back to the beach you landed on 21 days ago! From now on, anyone who is voted out will be joining Sally on the Jury, who will ultimately decide the winner. You guys worked hard to get here! So to celebrate, we have....... Junk food!! Miscellaneous food items!!!!! Stuffed Crust pizza!!! Booze!!! ....for the hosts and PWs only! You guys get food too though! Mangoes!!!!!!Anyway, talk, get to know each other and enjoy the day off! Treemail will be posted tomorrow night. Maybe that's important.

Welcome to Survivor: Sausage Island!
The 18 of you have chosen to participate in the first season of our new series. We couldn't ask for a better cast for season one. An undetermined number of you will make All Stars after the season ends and there will be 4 seasons before All Stars. We want the best of the best in AS, so make sure you're updating your confessionals to let us know why you deserve to make it! We're looking for the most strategic, entertaining, and social players.
Currently, we're just off shore of Sausage Island, a tropical island located here in the South Pacific. It's one of the least populated areas in the world, due to its harsh terrain and climate.
The islands history is shrouded in mystery. Many say that the Tahitians who lived here believed in many Polynesian deities. One legend speaks of Koururu, who was sacrificed to the Gods. Koururu was known as "The Great Sacrifice".
This is where our twist comes in.
For the first round of this game, you will be one tribe.
You'll be called the Koururu tribe. You'll all take part in an Individual Immunity challenge, and the winner will secure individual immunity. Then, all 18 of you will head to Tribal Council and sacrifice one of your own. After that, the remaining 17 of you will be split up into two tribes.
The implications this will have on the game will be huge. The lines will be drawn in the sand after the very first vote. Who will make a bold move and go for a power player? Will pregames be exposed? Will early power players emerge? Will rivalries or bonds begin to form?
You'll all get to know each other after the first week and will form impressions of each other right off the bat. Then you'll be separated into your new tribes. While on your new tribe, because of the first group vote, you may already know who to trust...and who to look out for.
This will impact the game in huge way, and more twists are in store down the road.
Who will be the first sacrifice? How will this effect the rest of the game? And most importantly, who will outwit, outplay, and outlast and be named the soul survivor?
With a crazy 18 player first Tribal Council, sparks are sure to fly.
It's gonna be one hell of a season!
Your first challenge will begin in 1 hour. Good luck! Yup.

Alternatively: oh men there's another challenge what a surprise my fellow contestants who will win? who will lose do you all have what it takes to win sum booze --Rupert Boneham, PWYour next challenge is tonight at 10:30 est, non-live. You'll have 24 hours to complete it.
Sorry we're a bit late! But it's non-live so it doesn't make much of a difference. I'm starting to think that this may be a quiz about the show, which wouldn't be too great for me. I haven't seen over half of the seasons!

Bob wins. After results were posted, Bob Dawg and Edgardo had a meeting with us. Because they placed first and second in the challenge, they won the ability to pick the tribes. However, we have an uneven number of players, which meant the tribes would be unbalanced nine to eight. We mentioned in the treemail that a difficult choice would have to be made. That choice was given to Bob Dawg. Before I discuss his choice, it's important to mention how our Hidden Immunity Idol's work. As you may or may not know, if you're in the possession of a Hidden Immunity Idol, you can play it at any Tribal Council you'd like. This cancels out all votes that are against you, and the person with the second highest number of votes goes home. We think that HII's are thrown around like candy too often in games, so if you want one here, you'll really have to search. Tomorrow night, a number of clues to the Hidden Immunity Idol will be hidden around various parts of the board. Through these clues, you can decipher the location of the idol. It's gonna be tough, but an HII is a powerful tool. Bob Dawg's choice: 1 unique Hidden Immunity Idol clue that no one else will have, but a tribe of 8OR The stronger tribe of 9, but give the HII clue to Edgardo. Bob Dawg chose to sacrifice the larger tribe and take the HII clue for himself. We all know how large numbers are in this game...although with the Hidden Immunity Idol, numbers may not matter. This could have huge implications down the road. Only time will tell. Because Bob Dawg took the clue, Edgardo was able to choose first in the tribe selection. Edgardo's choice: Bob's choice: Edgardo's choice: Bob's choice: Edgardo's choice: Bob's choice: Edgardo's choice: Bob's choice: Edgardo's choice: Bob's choice: Edgardo's choice: Bob's choice: Edgardo's choice: Bob's choice: Edgardo's choice: They also got to choose tribe names and colors. Meet your new tribes! Panoramio Gwadatim Tribe camps will be up soon! So will treemail for the next challenge. Be sure to start meeting your tribe mates if you haven't already! I'm bored... This had better be worth something.

We crushed them in the Treasure Hunt Excellent effort from everyone who participated, but one tribe wasn't quite fast enough. Let's look at the results. Remember you only need to win two of these categories to win
We'll start with the Easy puzzle.
Ted had a time of 3:28, and his partner Neleh got 3:20.
Did they beat Courtney and Rory?
Yup!
Courtney had 4:29, and Rory had 3:22, putting their average slower.
Panoramio scores 1 point!
Let's see what happened with the Medium puzzle.
For Panoramio, Danielle got 4:03, and Rob got 5:43.
Did they move quicker than Bob and Shambo?
Yup!
Bob got 4:54 and Shambo got 6:30, putting their average higher than Panoramio's.
Which means..
PANORAMIO WINS IMMUNITY!
Full scores:
Easy: 1. Ted - 3:28 2. Neleh - 3:20
Easy: 1. Courtney - 4:29 2. Rory - 3:22

A nice effort from both tribes, let's take a look at what you came up with: GORGITABANGALANGThe judges thought Gorgita's looked cleaner, and the items were used well. The red circle on the flag against the white background and the red/white umbrella against the tarp would stand out from the air. Only one person put it together though everyone contributed ideas, and it's odd that it's not against a beach image. Bangalang's would certainly stand out from the air due to the fires and the shine from the mirror. Though it's hard to tell that it says S.O.S. and it's a bit messy. Only 3 points separated both tribes... Gorgita scored a 38.5 out of 50 Bangalang scored... 35.5 Gorgita wins Immunity!Sorry Bangalang, You guys are gonna be joining me at Tribal Council tonight where the 7th person will be voted out.
